The enquiry planner operates in the visitor’s browser. Study-reader progress is stored only on the visitor’s device and is not sent to TaherAmine.org.

Enquiry planner
Data involved
Name, organization, reply email, timing, enquiry category, and the brief entered by the visitor.
How it is handled
The values remain in browser memory. They are not submitted to or stored by this website. Selecting “Open prepared email” transfers the prepared text to the visitor’s own mail application; selecting “Copy” places it on the visitor’s clipboard.
Purpose
Help the visitor prepare a clear professional enquiry.

Direct correspondence
Data involved
Contact details, organization, message content, attachments sent by the correspondent, timestamps, and ordinary email or messaging metadata.
How it is handled
Processed only after the visitor sends an email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn message, calls, or otherwise initiates contact. Correspondence may be retained while the enquiry or professional relationship is active and generally for up to 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless a contract, legal duty, dispute, security need, or professional-record requirement justifies longer retention.
Purpose
Respond, evaluate fit, take requested pre-contractual steps, manage a professional relationship, and preserve necessary business records.

Hosting, delivery & security
Data involved
Potentially IP address, user agent, requested URL, date and time, response status, diagnostic events, and security signals generated by hosting or delivery infrastructure.
How it is handled
TaherAmine.org does not create a separate visitor-profile database from these logs. Infrastructure providers may process and retain operational records for their configured period. Any records available to the site operator are used only for reliability, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security, and are kept no longer than necessary for those purposes.
Purpose
Deliver the site, maintain availability, diagnose faults, and protect the website and visitors.

Study-reader preference
Data involved
A short browser-local value identifying the last CCSP study section opened.
How it is handled
Stored in localStorage on the visitor’s device under a versioned key. It is not transmitted to TaherAmine.org and can be removed by clearing site data in the browser.
Purpose
Return the visitor to the most recently opened study section.

Podcast & media
Data involved
Depending on the provider: IP address, device/browser information, referrer, cookies or similar identifiers, playback actions, listening activity, and platform-account data when signed in.
How it is handled
The Podcast page contains a lazy-loaded RedCircle player. When it loads, the browser connects directly to RedCircle. The Speaking page retrieves selected thumbnails from YouTube; video playback opens on YouTube. These providers process data under their own policies and may operate internationally.
Purpose
Display and play the public podcast catalogue and provide access to selected public media appearances.
Legal grounds
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on responding to a visitor’s request or taking pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in professional communication and website security, performance of an agreement, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically required. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made solely by automated processing on this website.

A connection should never be invisible.
TaherAmine.org does not sell or rent visitor data. Limited data may be processed by providers needed to deliver the site, communications, or media selected by the visitor.
